Workshops are structured to be interactive and engaging. They typically include a mix of media such as PowerPoint presentations, virtual or physical handouts, and worksheets. Audience participation is a key component, often involving call-and-response style interactions. Regardless of the session length, participants are always given at least two breaks. Yes, all workshops are customized to an extent. The process begins with an organizational needs assessment, gathering information from leadership and often future workshop participants. Based on this assessment, the workshop or training is tailored to meet specific needs.

Both, depending on the location. Workshops and trainings can be offered in person in the NYC Metro area. For all other locations, they are offered remotely unless transportation is arranged.

It depends. All workshops and trainings are between 1 hour and 90 minutes. Some may require multiple sessions over several days, depending on the needs of the organization.
